TWEET IT INTO EXISTENCE
The Tweet It Into Existence campaign was specifically for @Twitter, but it involved the entire Global Social & Editorial team as well as numerous cross-functional partners across the company. The idea was to show the power of manifestation and the power of Tweeting through a selection of celebrities and athletes who did just that. It was an out-of-home campaign with billboards in New York, Los Angeles, Toronto, San Francisco and Chicago.
My role was to source potential Tweets from athletes who’d had success and Tweeted about it, workshop launch copy for @Twitter and @TwitterSports, Tweet out a sports specific thread from @TwitterSports on campaign launch day, and monitor conversation around the campaign through a sports focused lens.
I sourced dozens of Tweets and five athletes were featured: Patrick Mahomes, Michaela Onyenwere, Diamond DeShields, Leonard Fournette, and Bubba Wallace. I was especially proud that this massive campaign featured not one, but two, WNBA players.
